The hotel room was modern and spacious but not as big as advertised. The street-side location was perfect, offering a nice pool and rest area. The reception staff, very friendly and helpful, was a standout feature with excellent English proficiency, which is not always common in Mexico.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with its convent feel and beautiful spacious rooms. The friendly guy at the reception made my experience even better. The garden view and proximity to the Convent were truly charming. However, the breakfast experience left something to be desired, and the additional charge for coffee was odd.
